Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp granulated white sugar (add more if you prefer a sweeter dessert)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  •  1 level scoop Nutrilite Soy Protein Drink Mix (Green Tea Flavour)

Preparation Method

  1. Add all ingredients into an oversized microwave-safe mug. Mix with a small whisk until batter is smooth and uniform in colour. Microwave for two minutes. Let cake cool for a few minutes, then serve.
